At In Your Duffle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- A cancellation charge of ₹100 will be deducted for any order cancelled after it has been confirmed.
- If a customer refuses to accept the shipment upon delivery, a ₹100 fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as a coupon code redeemable only on our website. This code will be sent to your registered email address.
Returns & Damaged Shipments
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify our support team within 3 days of receiving the package.
- To process your claim, we may request photos or videos of the unboxing for verification.
- Once the damage is assessed, you may choose a replacement item or receive a refund in the form of wallet credit.
- In some cases, we may arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.
Lost or Missing Shipments
- If your shipment is lost in transit, contact our customer support immediately.
- We will coordinate with the shipping partner to locate your package. If it cannot be located in a reasonable timeframe, you may choose either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A wallet refund for the full order value.
- For claims involving missing items in a package, notify us upon receiving the parcel. Proof via unboxing photos/videos may be requested.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damage or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For returns initiated for reasons other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased during specific sales or using special discount codes/coupons may not be eligible for return or refund. This will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges on eligible products.
